3 Kings Day Winter Fest/Parade celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the installation of the two monumental Puerto Rican Flags. Parade will start at 3 pm on Artesian and Division and will end at the Humboldt Park Field House where thousands of toys are given for free to children from the community.
