Our president is a former City of Chicago Certification Officer having reviewed hundreds of applications from firms.

The vast majority of government contracts whether the City/Cook County/State of Illinois have requirements that a certain percentage of the contract be subcontracted to certified minority and women owned companies. For many contracts, up to 32% of the contract is performed by minority and women owned companies. But if you’re not certified, you are not eligible to participate.

Your certification will last for 5 years, and during this time your company is going to be listed in a database that prime contractors use to find minority and women owned companies to use as subcontractors.
