The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals.

For 30 years, HACE has served as a resource for Latinos in the workplace and a source of expertise and insight for corporations seeking to access them.  Through professional development, resources and networks, and by facilitating access to meaningful career opportunities, HACE helps Latinos succeed in every phase of their careers.  With a network of over 42,000 members across the country, HACE works with employers to remain competitive in an increasingly dynamic economy by helping them attract, develop and retain Latino and diverse professionals.  Specifically, HACE provides the following programs and services:

• Job matching services that meet the needs of both Latino
  professionals and businesses.

• Leadership and professional development programs with
  high school and college students, women, and entry- to
  mid-career professionals.

• Mentoring and coaching for students and professionals.

• Research, advocacy, and thought leadership on issues such
  as employment opportunities, diversity, economic stability,
  Latina leadership, and access to higher education.

HACE Network and Partnerships

HACE engages critical stakeholders in each community where it
provides programs and services and that play a role in developing
and supporting Latinos in their path to meaningful careers.
