Case management: Our case managers help our guests every step of the way. They work with our guests one-on-one to help them:
find housing
identify needs
set goals
establish priorities
find service providers that can help
determine eligibility requirements
determine availability of appropriate programs
set appointments
complete applications for various programs, and
identify the next problem or issue to be worked on.

At 2715 W. Harrison:
Emergency Shelter
women must be in by 6:00pm
men must be in by 6:15pm and will be put on the waiting list
no sex offenders are allowed

Intake Process

Clients must complete an intake form to be admitted to the shelter or case management. Case managers introduce themselves to guests at the soup kitchen and offer their services.
