You may be able to participate in this research study if you are a man or woman who speaks English and/or Spanish and lives in the Chicago area with no plans to move for the next 6 months.

What will you do if you participate?

The purpose of this study is to better understand how patients get and process health information needed to make health decisions.

You will be asked to do the following:

• Complete questionnaires about your health
• Come to Northwestern for 3 in-person visits.

You will receive compensation for your participation and transportation.
