Smart Communities Showing Residents How to Engage on the Net

Since January, the Humboldt Park Smart Communities Program has been teaching a series of classes aimed at showing residents how to engage the internet in meaningful ways. Some participants take the courses as a supplement to thier education, others to broaden thier possibilities, while others to learn how to better interact with thier children.
