The IPRO team is making progress toward developing a process to Document, Digitize, and Distribute the PRCC materials.  We have set up a scanner that will be used to digitize the documents.  The team also came up with a way of categorizing the digital documents for sorting and searching purposes with a tagging system. We have built a website that will be used to tag and store the digitized copies of the documents. We have created a flow chart to diagram the life of a document that will be useful for future volunteers to continue the document storage process outside of the IPRO project. The next few weeks will be focused on scanning as many documents as possible.
