Ciclo Urbano welcomes spring to Paseo Boricua with two lines of new bicycles!

First in the shop, we have three great options from Redline. The 9-2-5 is a very comfortable and stylish single speed with fenders and a lovely chocolate brown paint job. This bike is perfect for getting around town.

The Metro 9 is a great commuter! This bicycle is equipped with nine gears in the rear for lots of options while you are driving hard into the wind on the Lake Front Path. The bars are flat for a nice upright ride, but the wheels and frame are similar to a road bike, and the fenders will protect your clothes on those wet mornings.

The third in the line is the Conquest Sport. This bike can do most anything! With a full set of gears (three in front, and 9 in back), you can get up any hill or conquer any headwind. The bicycle is equipped with cantilever brakes, which allows one to switch between skinny narrow tires for speed and knobbier tires for attacking the trails or the snow, or enter your first cyclocross race-look for this crazy style of racing this fall in parks throughout Chicago, including Humboldt Park! The Conquest Sport can also be used as a light touring bike.
