HopeFest in partnership with local community organizations, businesses, and companies would like to invite you to represent your organization at our HopeFest celebration taking place Saturday, July 30, 2011 beginning at 10AM at Norwegian American Hospital’s campus. Norwegian American Hospital is a major sponsor and graciously agreed to host HopeFest on their premises.

As you know, funding has been greatly reduced or eliminated for resources and direct services to our community.  We believe it is imperative that we work collaboratively to encourage, inspire and bring hope to the children and families of this great city.  That is why we need your support – we anticipate over 10,000 people will be served on July 30^th.

This will be a great opportunity to showcase and provide outreach for your organization free of charge.  HopeFest has grown to be the largest back-to-school event in the City of

Chicago offering the following free services and resources:

• Book bags with school supplies
• Uniforms
• Haircuts for children
• Groceries
• Medical services:  Immunizations, school physicals, diabetes and blood pressure screenings.
• Children’s dental cleaning and screenings
• Kids Zone Area for children – Entire area full of fun and games
• Community Services – resources and information from community based organizations, government agencies and educational institutions.

We have attached the registration form and invitation letter to share with your organization.
