Celebrate National Poetry Month and Earth Day by making a unique blackout poetry art project using recycled materials and books.

Blackout poetry is the art of creating poetry by blacking out words you don’t need from a page of text like a newspaper or recycled book leaving behind only the words of the poem. It is all about reading in between the lines.
