ChiArts will begin offering summer camps designed for students in grades K-5 and 6-8 to explore the art of expression in theater, music, visual arts, creative writing and dance in a joyful and nurturing environment. In classes led by expert teaching artists and supported by ChiArts camp counselors and student apprentices, campers will receive pre-professional training in artistic disciplines and create original pieces for performance and showcase.

K-5 Exploratory Camp Students in Grades K-5 will explore the art of expression in Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Art through different fun and exciting themes. A performance will be held each Friday showcasing the students’ work throughout the week. Students may attend all three weeks of camp or individual weeks, each featuring new and creative projects! ChiArts Jr. Camps Dance, Theatre, Visual Arts, or Creative Writing Students in grades 6-8 will have the special opportunity to experience what it’s like to be a young artist at ChiArts. For five hours a day, students will be immersed in pre-professional training in the conservatory of their choice and present a final showcase/gallery reception on Friday, July 24th.
