Join us at the Humboldt Park branch for a very special Halloween celebration as we paint pumpkins and play spooky-themed games. This program is for families and children ages 5 to 12. Pumpkins and paint will be provided. Please register and list how many children will be attending at the event. Space is limited.

How to Attend

This event takes place in person. Due to space limitations, please be aware that attendance for this program is limited.

The safety and health of our patrons and staff is our priority. We’re requiring all visitors over age 2 to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth in order to attend this program. If you do not have a mask, we will provide disposable masks.

Stay home if you or someone in your group are experiencing symptoms of any illness per order of the Chicago Department of Public Health.

Come dressed up to our FREE Trunk or Treat event! Play games, get candy, enjoy some hot chocolate at a fun and safe community event!

If you’ve never been to a Trunk or Treat before, you’ll catch on quickly. Vehicles line up in the parking lot with their trunks open and decorated. Volunteers host a game or activity at each trunk and pass out candy to participants. The fun keeps on going as the kids go from one game to the next.
