All dogs MUST be on a leash or in a carrier\, no retractiable leashes allowed; all cats MUST be in a carrier. Pets requiring mizzles MUST be muzzled at the event. Neighbors that agree to “adopt” a viaduct(s) will commit to cleaning it up at least once a month. Attend the kick-off meeting to learn more\, sign up\, and meet fellow neighbors engaged in the effort. Volunteers attending the meeting will be provided trash bags and gloves.
