More than 100 million U.S. adults are now living with diabetes or pre-diabetes. This workshop will offer practical changes that can be made to one’s diet in order to better manage and prevent diabetes. We will discuss what kinds of carbohydrates and in what amounts are appropriate and also uncover some myths about diabetes and diet.
