Erie is offering La Vida Sana, La Vida Feliz, a free bi-weekly series of classes for women that provides education and group support on topics such as how to eat right, cook healthy meals the whole family will enjoy and stay active. Classes are offered in Spanish free of charge. They will be held on alternating Thursdays at 10:00 am at Erie Humboldt Park Health Center (2750 W. North Avenue – 2nd Floor) through August 31. Childcare, bus passes and healthy snacks will also be provided.
