Storytelling is going on all over Chicago and the nation and now it comes to the Westside.  The Homan Square Story Elders are part of the Goodman Theater’s GeNarrations writing workshops. They tell stories of the Westside and their family’s migration from Mississippi roots to Lawndale. Stories of family gatherings, church and work.  Conflicts and reconciliation. Their stories are funny, moving and insightful. They offer free writing workshops in senior centers throughout the Chicago area.
