Fellowship Connection, Inc. is a nonprofit organization located in the heart of Paseo Boricua, the center of Puerto Rican culture in the city of Chicago. Since 1990, we have been working with children, youth, and adults of the Humboldt Park and nearby communities.

Our scope of services includes addressing issues that are affecting them as a whole; from gang related problems, a high-percentage of deaths related to gun violence, teen pregnancy, alcohol and drug abuse, high drop-out rates among other problems. Fellowship Connection(FC) has outstripped socioeconomic barriers through the provision of youth and adult prevention services, out of school time programs, and technical training in communications and performing arts. Our mission is to consistently provide children/youth and their families with high quality services that sustain, support, and enhance their ability to thrive.

“We help break socioeconomic barriers through the provision of youth and adult prevention services.”

Fellowship Connection provides both advocacy and direct services to families in need. FC works closely with neighboring agencies, schools, private and governmental funders to ensure that necessary services are provided without duplicative or redundant service delivery.

Fellowship Connection’s Sustainable Model for Families provides continuity of care for each family member and reaches out to schools, neighborhood agencies, public funders, law enforcement, and social service providers to engage in a holistic plan for each family member. We use innovative, measurable outcomes to address systemic problems like street violence, failure in academic learning, parenting shortfalls, lack of work, and anger management.
