The Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail are organizing a monthly viaduct clean up effort to help keep the underside of the Bloomingdale Trail, the heart of the 606, clean. Neighbors that agree to “adopt” a viaduct(s) will commit to cleaning it up at least once a month. If you as an individual or on behalf of an organization would like to be part of this trail-wide initiative, sign up here.

A kick off meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 14 at 6:00 pm at the Humboldt Park Library at 1605 North Troy to hand out trash bags, gloves, meet fellow captains and discuss logistics.
