How to Post to the Portal

Create an Account:

  1. Click Join at the upper right of the page.
  2. Fill out the information and click Save Profile
  3. Click on the confirmation link that was sent to your e-mail address

Post a News Article/Event/Directory Listing: (Items for all others section can be emailed to info@humboldtparkportal.org)

  1. Click Sign In at the top of the page
  2. Enter your e-mail and password, then click Sign In
  3. Click on Share stories, events, listings
  4. Choose if you want to share a news story, calendar item, or directory listing
  5. Complete all of the required (*) fields.
    1. The “Description” is a one to two sentence description of your article or posting that will be seen by portal visitors describing your link before they click on it.
    2. If you want your article to be featured on the portal’s front page, you need to submit a preview photo
    3. Click “Save a Draft” at the top of the screen:
